CCD Couriers snail mail tendencies

Rain needs to keep their courier man on speed dial,it cant be that the delivery date was between tuesday and thursday, then suddenly it moves to Friday,guys, I live in Joburg, what more if I was in the remote areas.

It is such an inconvinience,please sort that mess out.
