CCD Couriers - Shocking service and excuses

CCD couriers was due to deliver my parcel from Rain on Monday the 19th of June 2023 between the hours of 10am and 12am. I specifically arranged to be home and available during these hours and had arranged with the security of my complex. No calls or messages were received and no courier driver arrived. On the 20th of June CCD couriers called to arrange another delivery with no apologies initially about the previous days non arrival. I explained the story to the agent and said i would not be available on Thursday to take delivery. She said she was going to escalate it and call me back. I received a call this morning from another agent who now wanted to arrange delivery for Friday and once again i explained the story, and now here is where it really gets interesting. The agent informed me that the courier was here on Monday, and that he tried to call me (which i can guarantee never happened), she says he even took a photo of my complex?? interesting...if he has time to take a photo why not speak to the security guards who are right at the gate like any one would do when accessing a security controlled area?? I then asked the agent this question and was continuously ignored and she kept trying to side step my question. Eventually i requested to speak to someone else who could assist and was put on hold. By this time i had had enough and this is why i find myself writing this review.
