CCD Couriers shicking lack of service

These guys like to waste your time. They made an appointment to pick up a parcel from me for RAIN.The pickup time was between 08:00 and 10:00 today. I waited and by 10:20 I called their office to be told by their staff that the courier has not even been dispatched to my address yet. No reaon, no explination. Just bad service. I ask to speak to the supervisor - am told to hold (which I do for 3 minutes) to be told that the supervisor is on a call. It took 3 minites to figure that out. Then told that she would call me back. I am still waiting - it is now almost an hour and a half later. What a shocking lack of service by people that obviously do not mind wasting other's time.
