CCD Couriers Rude agent

I was expecting my Rain router to be delivered by CCD couriers as arranged for yesterday. When I called yesterday at 16h55 to follow up on delivery - the agent gave me such an attitude and told me that i'd only get my router next week - despite the fact that the turnaround time that was promised to me was 5 working days. The agent had the audacity to tell me with an attitude that if i wanted my router, I can fetch it myself from Fourways. Appalling service!! RAIN should consider using another courier company.
