CCD Couriers + Rain Don't Mix

Absolutely shocking, I had to wait two weeks for my device to be delivered, had power outings all day, could not print the relevant documents for collection and accidentally forgot my documents in the printer at work, but had copy's from just past 3 months ago and driver from CCD Couriers did not want to deliver the parcel. I understand he is doing his job, but for goodness sake, I match all the descriptions and even came out of the estate I live in??? I took leave to receive the package after multiple issues even though someone is at my house 24/7. Had to make arrangements for collections and this is what I have to deal with. Courier company failed in providing proper service as they did not want to deliver to my office, ONLY TO MY HOUSE ON THERE TERMS AND IN THEIR TIME!

Rain should find another courier company, honestly

I am canceling my RAIN as we speak, this is not acceptable. I've learned countless times, if you try to get something done and it seems like everything just goes wrong and works against you, it's a sign to not go any further. Rain will continue to lose clients, they are only as strong as their weakest link and CCD is theirs. If this is what service is like, I won't do business.
