Ccd couriers poor service.

Guys...iv delt with many courier... but ccd takes the trophy for the worst courier out there... may rain parcel is now as we stand 6 days late from the original delivery date and still not delivered. These guys are managing a sh@t show of the courier service. So they forget to dispatch my parcel, then tell me they can only deliver the follwong week...after spending hours on the phone tp various mangagers including Grace who ever she is. From their PTA complaining and insisting they same day my parcel... their no care attitude took over and basically told me sorry for my loss. We will deliver as soon as possible. Cant even call Rain to complain becaue they dont even have a call centre... useless..... useless.... ...
