CCD Couriers Poor Service

CCD contacted me on 02/09/2026, after repeating my address 10 or more times the lady still could not get it right.

I asked her to get someone else to phone me back as she does not get my address nor does she understand me.

This morning 3/09/2026 i get a notification from CCD that my card will be delivered in Klerksdorp North West on 4/9/2026 but i stay in Gauteng Krugersdorp

This after asking FNB to deliver at my nearest branch.
