CCD courier’s poor service!!

Made arrangements to fetch my parcel (Rain 5G) from their offices in Midrand. I’ve been here for over 40 mins and I’ve been asked to wait longer! I was not told of such long waiting time. Right now there are two other clients also waiting!! INEFFICIENT! ***********!! Saying ‘sorry’ doesn’t cut it!!
