Ccd couriers--pathetic as always!!

Absolutely useless and pathetic!! You employ people without and common sense or a brain it seems!! I give you the name our our domestic who has been with us for 15 years. We know her by the name she gave us.on her ID is her African name, which we do not know. So instead of calling me to confirm ,they refuse to leave the card even after confirming all her other details i gave. And they leave. So now i have to sit without a card again and now be inconvenienced by having to go to a branch. Absolutely pathetic service and useless management and employees. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!! If you try calling ccd. The people on the line seems as if they actually dont give a ****..they will just do what they want.no willingness to help..its a case of just do the bare minimum to "work"... Wish FNB would move their business!! CCD IS useless and pathetic to say the least!! Dont use them at all!!
