CCD Couriers - One braincell delivery to be chosen **** company

Absolutely ABSURD call Center agents that does not know how their systems work!

Called in to enquire about delivery date of my Parcel and first off, they couldnt get the details with my Tracking ID, had to give my ID nr. secondly, even though my address given by my service provider is my HOME address, they state they only Deliver to WORK address, what is the point of the address you provide if they wana pick and choose where THEY want to deliver!!!! Doesn't matter if its a work address or HOME address, the delivery address is the delivery address!!!

Completely a **** delivery service that is more *********** than Telkom!
