CCD Couriers "NOT" Couriering

Where do I start? My FNB business account crd is with CCD couriers since last week Wednesday. Upon trying to schedule a delivery they say I "must" be at home between 8 - 4 ( a whole 8 hours trapped at home) to receive my card.

Then I receive an email saying that CCD couriers has been trying to contact me... my phone didnt even ring not even a sms from them..

when I called in to reschedule again all the call center agent can tell me is the driver will be there between 8 - 4 and the more I am trying to explain that I cant be trapped for 8 hours at home because I have work to be done the more she is adamant on that.

well.. it eventually turned into an outburst on my behalf because of this poor service or rather lack of service.
