CCD COURIERS-NO RESPECT FOR NOBODY

Please is there not a zero rating for a company. This CCD Couriers dont deserve even 1 on a scale of 1-5. I will CC this review also to top management and CEO of FNB. I wonder if CCD Couriers realise that FNB actually put their bread on the table? But this is what happens when you receive a paycheck! You don't care a damn for your employer. What actually schocked me the MOST was when I visited Scottburgh Branch of FNB. I actually feel that Scottburgh FNB can be nominated as FNB Branch of the year. Absolute professional and friendly staff. Anyway after I reported the guy from CCD Couriers who get paid to deliver bank cards, if your card is delivered you ONLY NEED your original ID snd a copy that he must add the the document that you signed to accept your card FNB are you aware that CCD Couriers on the long run will cost you clients with their rude arrogant no respect attitude to your account holders. When I explained it to the lady in the Branch, and she called the Manager, and reported this incident, jeeeepers this manager was even worse than the delivery guy. NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY HIS ATTITUDE COMES FROM-THE EXAMPLE FROM TOP MANAGEMENT!!! And a lady! Good gosh. Listen Mrs Manager &Courier guy, you get paid to do a job. You are not FNB Directors. Shame on you. Even after I made it VERY CLEAR, I will not accept a card from them they just proceeded, IGNORED me, the FNB Account holder and also FNB Staff WHO was really professional in the way the tried to resolve this dispute. CCD HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING. I SEE A BAD FUTURE FOR YOU AND FRANKLY FNB SHOULD FIND A NEW COURIER SERVICE. Who do a job that they get paid for. Not a Courier that think they own FNB and treat FNB account holders in a unacceptable way
