CCD Couriers most useless courier company in SA!

CCD Couriers made an appointment to deliver my Discovery card on 13 September. Nothing happened, no phone call to explain. They made another appointment for 20 September. Same story, no delivery, no excuse. On 21 September a consultant of CCD called, wanting to make another appointment for today 27 September. I explained that I am getting annoyed and feddup with the bad service, and pleaded that if another appointment was made that CCD would actually try to keep to it. Driver called me at about 12h30 asking for directions, said he had some more deliveries to do, but should be at my pace within 2 hours. When I haven't heard anything from him, I started calling at 15h00. Several calls just reached a voicemail service. How irritating!! What goes beyond understanding is that a reputable company like Discovery uses an absolute useless company like CCD to do deliveries. The only reason that I gave CCD a one star rating, is that their is not a lower option. PATHETIC service CCD.
