ccd couriers mislead their customers on their website with false promises

I am SO fed-up with their lack of service and the FALSE claims and FALSE promises on their website. TALK IS CHEAP! I hope the banks and other institutions start to listen to their customers!!! There are PLENTY on this platform and other sites. This is my mail to ccd couriers: I read your home page and it says "At CCD Couriers, we do more than simply deliver packages. We connect people, bringing them together safely, securely, and on schedule.". Well my package was NOT delivered, not delivered on schedule, NOT AT ALL!!! It was supposed to have been 9 to 11. Then a lady called and I was tolerant to this as she then said 11 to 1. I was on a call at 12h55 with a customer when you/ccd called. Apparently the courier was at my address, but then claimed at 139 (I am at 136) - which is 125 degrees to his right if he faced the gate of 139. He just had to look over his right shoulder to see my house. I called at 14h15 and informed the lady that i had to leave at 15h30 for an appointment but then rescheduled with MY customer to accommodate you/ccd ONCE AGAIN!!!! This is not the 1st time you/ccd courier acted so unprofessional - you do take-a-lot and bank cards as well to my knowledge. I was livid (sorry Bianca) at 15h56 who told me that the courier guy is not going to deliver today after (1) i rescheduled my appointment to accommodate him (2) scheduled MY day to receive the delivery (3) was given the ridiculous excuse that he was 10 meters away from my house but could not look over his shoulder (4) that you/ccd could not give 5 minutes when i am on a call to call me back to "confirm" that you/ccd are in the area (5) that the courier guy could not have the decency to give me a call and say that he is "here". If this is not delivered today, I WILL cancel this request with RAIN and will ALWAYS request NOT to deal with you EVER EVER EVER again. My apologies again to the lady I spoke to but I cannot deal with such incompetence and unprofessionalism after the (5) points i highlighted.
