CCD Couriers lying to cover themselves?

Wednesday 3rd October, morning ordered a SIM card from afrihost, gave all my info including delivery address and instructions. Got an sms from them same day saying CCD couriers has the parcel and CCD couriers will be in touch with me shortly and it can be expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 business days and got a ref for the parcel.

Thursday 4th, still no phone call.

Friday 5th morning, today, I call them and they ask for my delivery address (second time Ive given this). The CCD agent says he will escalate this and will get back to me shortly on when the courier can come. I get a call some time later and the lady asks for my delivery address (third time giving it out.). She says it can only be deivered Monday. I let her know how bad this is and that I need this sim before the weekend as I will be out of CPT next week. She says on "the system" it shows that a CCD agent called me yesterday and arranged for monday and that I agreed.

One of your CCD agents ****. No one called me. This is Appalling. You need to get this agents name and discipline them accordingly. I did NOT recieve a call, I have been waiting for one trust me I would know. So you guys are a bunch of *****. Whats funny is they told me when I call all calls are recorded. Well make good use of that feature and try and find the call where you apparently called me? Cos you did not.

I am now still waiting its been an hour since the lady agent said she would get a manager to call me back so she can arrange delivery today.
