CCD COURIERS LIES

On the 31 December 2021 I received sms that a driver is going to deliver my parcel , I waited the whole day at home waiting for them.. About 15:41 on the same day I received sms again that CCD couriers were unable to my parcel due to unavailability. I immediately called them on their number *** and disputed what the sms said. I was referred to their HQ and HQ escalated the matter to CCD Couriers Bloemfontein, and I told the lady is a lie that I was not available. I demanded to know the driver's name but is against the company policy. I demanded that the driver be reprimanded for lying to me.
