CCD COURIERS LIE TO CUSTOMERS

I ordered a router on rain, the next morning at 11.40am I received a message from ccd couriers that I'd receive a call from the driver shortly and my reference number. I waited the entire day, no call, no driver. Why is ccd couriers lying to customers? The incompetence is so horrible that I'm confused as why rain even uses their services.
