CCD Couriers - Late, not truthful, not getting back to a person

My package was supposed to be delivered today between 12 and 2. phoned them at 13:55 only to be told they cannot get hold of the driver. phoned again 40mins later, and once again they will escalate it and cannot get hold of the driver. The driver eventually arrived only to tell me but his phone is on and the office have phoned him the whole day and he told them to tell all the clients that he is running late. No SMS to say they will be late, nothing. Finally, I phoned back to speak to a manager about this matter only to be told I can submit a query online and someone will phone me back. if they cannot even phone back a client with a late delivery how are they going to phone back with a complaint. i really thought them saying they will deliver within a certain time was such a nice idea, but the service is absolutely unprofessional and shocking.
