I cannot believe how terrible this company is at communication. I was supposed to receive my card today ****h May), after being notified at 16:23 that they were 8 minutes away, luckily I was at home.

I then received a phone call asking about the street number, at 16:29.

At 18:08 I received an SMS stating CCD were not able to deliver based on my unavailability, I was available, at home, how is this my fault?

I need the card urgently, when will this be delivered?

I received an SMS at 8:19am today (the 12th May) that the card will be delivered on the 15th. I will not be at home then, what kind of service is this? I do not have a card to use, this is urgent.
