CCD Couriers is useless and full of empty promises

CCD Couriers is a biggest **** in the courier space. Their staff write notes on their system that they cant get hold of you which will impact your delivery of goods. The will give you a missed call and even no call and claim that they tried to reach you. Im waiting for my Rain parcel which they confirmed to be delivered lastThursday and suddenly changed to friday the 28th of June between 12 and 4pm. At about 11:42 I received a call that they wont be able to deliver my parcel and it will be delivered on Monday the 1st of July. Now I'm phoning their call center and they said the parcel is not scheduled for delivery today. An agent from their site said she is going to escalate my issue, and this matter has been escalated 5 times since last Thursday without any feedback. I'm still waiting and I have concluded that CCD Couriers is useless and full of lies.

Just got another useless call from CCD promising to deliver my parcel on the 3rd of July and the agent arrogantly telling me that she can cancel the delivery if I don't agree with the date. Listen here, I'm not sitting at home waiting for CCD all the time as I also have a 9 to 5 work. Shen then told me that she needs to escalate again. I'm not sure what does escalation means to CCD as it is a big word used in their environment to chase their clients away. I dnt care if they cancel the delivery but you have proven once again that CCD is useless. Escalation of an escalation.. 6 times. Send the parcel back to Rain because your are *********** to deliver on the given mandate.
