CCD couriers is unreliable and does not communicate properly

I have been trying to get my Fnb bank delivered by CCD couriers for the past 2 weeks. Last week I scheduled the card to be delivered twice. And each time CCD would confirm that the card would be delivered. I stayed home from work on those 2 occasions and my card was not delivered. I rescheduled my delivery and spoke to a CCD representative and we agreed that the delivery person would call me before coming through as I had stayed home on 2 occasions already and my card was not delivered . Today the only call i got was from the delivery guy saying he was outside and I wasn't home . Now I receive a message from FNB saying that the courier could not deliver because i wasn't there and that I would be charged a delivery fee. The courier guy told me that he only got the card today and last week it wasn't available .Why is CCD not honest with it's clients. I would say FNB should find another courier . Am not the only one who has complained about poor service from CCD .
