CCD Couriers is trash
Hi, I am disappointed in the customer service of CCD couriers. I ordered a Rain router on the 23rd of November, it is now the 20th of December and its almost five weeks late on delivery. The driver turned back twice because of an administrative amendment that needed to happen with Rain but that was sorted out two weeks ago already. I have called CCD couriers numerous times to organise another delivery but this company is really dragging its feet and I feel like I’ve just been treated horribly as a customer it breaks my heart that some businesses don’t understand basic customer service.

Thank you for the feedback. I have received calls from different representatives, one had informed me that my delivery would arrive on Friday (tomorrow) then another one called me this morning to inform me that it will get delivered next week Thursday, I am confused. I thought this matter was escalated because the delivery is now five weeks late?
Team, please help me out. Let me know if me coming to CCD couriers to collect the router myself is the best way forward.
