CCD couriers is the worst!! I do not recommend anyone to use them!!

Horrible service. I have been waiting for my card for over a week now. They keep saying it’s out for delivery, then suddenly driver couldn’t deliver because he couldn’t get hold of me. But I never received any communication from a driver. When I call they just say they will escalate and someone will contact me. It’s been 3 days now and there hasn’t been any communication. I will never recommend them, they are so unprofessional and the hot call centre agents are so rude, they just drop a call on you’nn
