CCD couriers is the worst!

I have been expecting a delivery from rain… CCD couriers called and asked if I could avail myself from 8am to 12pm. This was done how ever at 12:08pm another Sms was recieved by them stating that they are experiencing delays! 3 hours later at exactly the 15:05 they called I didn’t pick up and literally called back 25 min later to hear that they have already left for Bloemfontein! The lady that assists me still has the nerve to say they took a picture to prove that they were there! Firstly I freed my whole morning to be avail myself for this delivery! I get busy for 20 minutes and not check my phone and you leave… you now wasted my entire day and I still didn’t get what I wanted! Send it back to Rain please! I’m not happy at all! And it’s the second time!
