CCD COURIERS IS THE WORST!!!

<p>I am incredibly shocked at the service provided by CCD couriers - the most *********** company i have ever dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>As an FNB private client it is absolutely beyond me why FNB would still use you as their primary courier company - it is reflecting so badly on them too!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting 13 days for my new credit card [thanks CCD!] you tell me I actually need to wait another 5 days before it is ready and when trying to speak to anyone on the phone you get put on hold and then they just pick and put down the phone - I suppose their logic is that they wont have to deal with it now and you can call back and deal with someone else.</p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKING SERVICE AND I WILL TELL ANYONE WHO CARES TO LISTEN TO ME HOW APPALLED I AM!!!!!</p>
