CCD Couriers is the WORSE Business EVER with SERVICE for HEARING IMPAIRED PERSONs
I would like to share my experience with CCD Couriers on behalf of all persons that are also HEARING IMPAIRED like myself. When I ordered a package from "mweb", I put down my details and I clearly said in the message "WHATSAPP and EMAIL".
And did they do as per my request ?!? NO, they DID NOT
I am beside myself with frustration and anger because I have been reduce to being DEPENDENT on someone to be my EARS for the call to CCD Couriers. When my hearing assistant spoke to an agent on my behalf, explaining that I can't hear on the phone and the agent RUDELY cut off the phone call there and then. We tried to phone on my number again and it just gets cancelled so I'm guessing they BLOCKED my number. That is considered BAD SERVICE
Then another colleague of mine helped with his phone call that did have "speaker" and I managed to get through all the hurdles and giving the details they asked for. When it got to the "delivery address", they wanted me to contact mweb to verify and confirm the delivery location. Once again for the 3rd time I've been put back to square one
Now I've told them to just send to my physical address, but AGAIN... I have to CHANGE the delivery address to my physical one
I would like CCD COURIERS to get a full DE-MERIT as they are 100% bad service
P.S. For the section where you give additional information, I've given my Mom, Michele Tonks cell number as she has also tried on my behalf to be my ears and communicate with CCD Couriers. So, Michele will be more than happy to share more details on the this story
Delivery will take place on Monday 9am - 11am and will be delivered to my "work" address
Will update here again on Monday with regards to "service"
To the CCD Team, is there no "option" to rather send me a "whatsapp" message rather than a phone call ? I'm good at responding to my messages than a phone call
A phone call for me is frustrating. A phone call for you will be frustrating as well. Why do I say that ? Let me explain a bit better for you...
Stage 1: You call me, I answer. I don't have any hearing assistants here to "help" me with the conversation
Stage 2: We have a conversation, for some reason I can't "hear" what you are asking me for or worse, can't hear what you are telling me
Stage 3: Frustration. You have had to repeat to me at least 3 or 5 times until I have "heard" everything that you've asked me and answered or have explained to me
Stage 4: We are both so frustrated that time has been "wasted" by 30 mins or longer
That is the life of a hearing impaired person
You want to make things better for us hearing impaired people in future ? My only advice I can give you is to be ACCESSIBLE for us. How can you be accessible for us ?
You can be accessible by doing the following:
> Send a whatsapp (if you need a reply back)
> Send an sms (if you do not need a reply back)
> Send an email (if whatsapp for CCD Team is not an option)
> Send an "appointment date" of delivery and time (this is useful) > Thank you for the appointment date and time for delivery
