CCD courier services company are extremely *********** I don't know why FNB continues to work with such , their driver tells you to meet him at a shopping mall or a shop close to your address of collection to collect your card! What is the use of delivery?? When you lodge a complaint with them the consultants / agents put you on hold for a long time then later transfers your call to some guy that claims its a wrong number. This company needs to be investigated.
