CCD Couriers *********** and Unprofessional

Very *********** and unprofessional. They sent me an email stating that their driver could not get hold of me when it was not true. When I called them they couldn't tell me where my parcel was but instead they took the advantage to update my address which they captured incorrectly. Now they say they will deliver on Monday as if my schedule revolves around them. I advice people not use this excuse of a courier service.
