CCD Couriers ***********!

The most *********** courier company I have ever dealt with, I have been struggling to get my bank card from them for almost a month now, first the *********** lady tacking my delivery address took the wrong address. The second time the driver phoned me and asked if I can get him at a location about 7 km away from my delivery address, because he forgot his ID and can’t enter the factory where he needs to deliver. Since I opted for a courier company to deliver by my place of work and I did not have transport to meet him I declined and stated he needs to deliver at the address they confirmed that they can deliver at. Needless to say I was promised next day delivery and more than a week later I have heard nothing from CCD Couriers and I am now sitting with a card that is going to expire in the next week
