CCD Couriers , I would not recommend to anyone listening is honestly a skill.

I Am highly upset with the service we as paying customers receive i clearly mentioned to the consultant i will not be in my office today however due to accommodating her and the service i will make the trip delivery has to happen between 8 and 10 i get a call from the driver and he is in the wrong place however where he is at is 5 minutes away from my address which i had given to him and he is not willing to come through, i then get a call from the office to advise that they are sorry and we should rearrange today i have made plans months ago for and i am not in a situation where i need to understand when the error was on your end capturing the wrong address and i clearly made mention about this address where i am at......what a inconvenience honestly , i now cant get hold of anyone to just cancel this order honestly a waste of my time not sure why service providers chose to not use RAM services or the Courier GUY instead you will not be given story after story not my problem that the driver is an issue then clearly between the consultant and the driver there seems to be an issue you cannot have such a big miscommunication around an address when you confirming this information with a client on a recorded line other couriers mentioned which is way more sufficient in making things happen CCD seems to be an issue with everything you guys touch, just from observation with other friends and family, and consultants need to stop being emotional its nothing personal its their job and they commit to making the arrangements so i dont get why all the anger when speaking to a client first listen to the clients request before just wanting to transfer a call to avoid dealing with an angry client its about team work if you ask me but i clearly dont see that happening between back office driver and service not a recommendation at all to businesses who wish to use this service perthethic honestly a huge waste of my time....

i had to even make my own arrangement with the driver to meet me and the driver is not even being considerate of the companies mistake advising i should still meet him closer to where he is at so i now became the transport guy because i am now in need of somthing i had ordered , its now a cost to me because of this mistake made by the agent not happy at all...

CUSTOMERS who orders from RAIN PLEASE BE PREPARED TO MEET CCD SOMEWHERE TO COLLECT YOUR OWN ORDER....
