CCD couriers, how do they even exist?

I have been using RAIN Internet service provider for years now, very satisfied. Their only have one kryptonite, they use CCD couriers. Everyone I have ever met who had to deal them complained relentlessly about their service. How does this company even exist, they are even worse than the the government??? My experience is even worse, especially the latest ONE. They received my Rain package 11 December, still not delivered. I have spent countless airtime and hours. I am in touch with my lawyers to file a bill of charge at court, I have had enough.....just wanted to let people know to rather ask a company that uses CCD couriers to ship it privately on your own cost, it will save you thousands of Rands potentially....
