CCD COURIERS HORRIBLE SERVICE

Most useless courier service ever. You speak to an Agent regarding your parcel delivery, they say they will call you back and they never do. Hours later when YOU call back, you speak to another Agent who will tell you they are escalating the matter and that you'd get a call back. You never get a call back. When they finally do, they schedule the delivery you were supposed to receive yesterday, two days later! And they say there's nothing they can do, it's what the ''system'' tells them.
