CCD Couriers have ****** my items!

Convergex and CCD Couriers have NOT phoned me once regarding my *** I am the one who has been calling CCD Couriers and Convergex all the time. Would you like to see all my phone call logs to prove how many times I called CCD Couriers, in relation to my hardware delivery from RSAWEB? I am receiving excuse upon excuse from Convergex. Here are the list of excuses they have given me so far: 1. My Name and Surname was not supp**** to Convergex by RSAWEB; 2. My SA ID Number was not supp**** by RSAWEB to Convergex. 3. Now, I don't have an SA ID (even though my SA ID and Proof of Address was emailed to them, which they have confirmed they have received)
