I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the third time in six months I’ve been forced to deal with them as a third-party courier, and they remain the most pathetic and unreliable service in the industry. They are consistently late, they never return calls, and their 'customer service' is non-existent. To any business currently using them: you are losing loyal customers by association. I will be actively avoiding any supplier that uses this courier in the future.
