CCD COURIERS - FNB PRIVATE CLIENT

Utterly pathetic service from CCD couriers. They arrived before the agreed upon time which was 8 in the morning. Demanded an ID copy which was produced and then demanded an original ID which was not present at the time as I myself was out at the supermarket.

I am an FNB private client and do not understand why an original ID was demanded before the agreed time when it is a DEBIT card and not a CREDIT card. This is not the 1st time I have had issues with CCD and I am considering taking my business away from FNB due to this utterly unreliable courier.

Note -: The courier walked away with my card when it was said there was no original ID on premises.
