CCD Couriers - FNB Card delivery

CCD Couriers and FNB I don't know what to do anymore. Today was the 4th time that you could not deliver my card. 1st delivery - Friday the 18th - We will deliver your card on the 18th between 9 and 11. I have a doctor's appointment at 12 will the driver be here before then? Yes, definitely. Guess what driver calls me at 1 o'clock and I'm not back at home yet. Reschedule. 2nd delivery - Tuesday the 22nd - Driver at the security gate but his car doesn't have a valid disk so the security is not allowing him to come in, please come to the gate to collect your card. I drive to the security gate and the driver is gone. 3rd delivery - Supposed to be Thursday the 24th. No show. I had to call CCD to reschedule to the 28th. 4th delivery - Security from the gate calls me there is a driver here to deliver your card. He doesn't have airtime to call you. Please generate a code and we will give it to him. Security calls back after a few minutes, the driver had already left when they went to give him the access code.
