CCD Couriers

This is by far the most pathetic and *********** company I have ever experience. Not only can you not contact them other than a phone call, but if you give them directions and additional info it is not relayed to the driver, or their drivers are so dumb that they cannot follow simple instruction. I have now contacted them x4 times and explained in detail how to get to my premises, the phone consultant has even verified exactly where I stay and still they cannot deliver my package. FNB !!!! get another national couriers service as CCD Couriers is giving you a very bad name.
