CCD Couriers don't pitch

I am very upset with CCD Couriers who did not pitch as scheduled with me. It was scheduled for them to deliver my card today between 8 and 4 i rescheduled all my days work around this and ensured that i am at the office the entire day waiting for the couriers arrival. after 4 still no one pitched i then called and was told i missed the appointment how is that possible if i haven't moved from my desk all day waiting for them to arrive. Then i get told well sorry we will reschedule another day we will call you that is not acceptable! you made a commitment for today 8 to 4 i cant keep rescheduling my work are you going to compensate me for the loss???
