CCD Couriers disregard procedural delivery process!
This company made a telephonic and email confirmation to deliver my FNB debit card on the 2nd of August between 8-4. My plans for that day were scheduled around CCD couriers delivery confirmation. I contacted them on Friday and their consultant promised to get back to me. Till now no response to my query which is a complete disrespect for customer care and service. I am leaving the country today which means i will have to cancel my debit card.
