CCD couriers - completely **** delivery couriers
CCD is an absolutely useless and inconsiderate (card) courier service. After two failed appointments for them to deliver (one where they never pitched, and the other where they pitched 3 hours late while I was in an important meeting), I called to set up my third appointment today and clearly said I was only available between 8-9am on Friday... low and behold - they send me a confirmation email for delivery between 9am and 10am ?.
Do they not realize people have jobs and their own commitments!
Absolutely pathetic customer service.
