CCD Couriers

This is the worst courier company ever and offers no customer service. I am in sales and working on the road so I am not at the same address the entire day. On Friday 25/03/22 we arranged for delivery between 08:00 - 10:00 at my work address. @ 09:18 received a sms informing me that the courier is on our premises, @09:20 I was looking for the driver already and couldn't find him. At 09:23 I was on the phone to the courier company at which time the driver loaded a photo on to their communication system saying he can't make delivery. That was only to find out the driver is not in a marked courier vehicle but in an unmarked white Peugeot. I literally looked at the vehicle driving away while I was on the phone to his company. After calling back numerous calls, I eventually spoke to a Dirk, who I offered to meet up with the driver to collect my parcel and fighting for customer service, I was connected to a Paul. All they do is apologise. Paul eventually promised me delivery on Monday 28/03/22 between 08:00 & 09:00 but had no success and found out the delivery was not even scheduled at all. I asked if my husband may sign after wasting my time, breaking policy and procedures but that was also not an option. I am over, having to deal with incompetence.
