CCD Couriers Believe That Lock Down Doesn't Exist & Life Goes on as Normal

So CCD Couriers want to deliver my new FNB Discovery credit card to me. Sounds easy but no - firstly they require a current account showing proof of address. Seems it has escaped their notice that we have been lock down and the only account I have is with the City of Cape Town who haven't been sending out accounts by post for a while. The latest account I have was ONE DAY over their date. I've been paying my monthly rates bill using this old account. Secondly, they required my SA id. This was ****** but I have a current SA passport and a current SA driving licence. Not good enough - they now require an affadavit to say why I haven't got an SA id even though I have the aforementioned SA passport. Our local police stations maybe open but they are refusing to do affadavits - only essential work. Obviously, the fact that we are living in difficult times means noting to them so the upshot is that I am closing my account with FNB Discovery Card and will be transferring my business elsewhere. The irony is that I will be transferring to Discovery Bank - they delivered cards to both my husband and I and were happy with a driver's licence!
