CCD Couriers- Badly Run

I ordered a cheque book last week. Monday and Tuesday they phoned saying that they have my cheque book on their premises and ready for delivery. <br> <br> I phoned them back asking them when they will be able to deliver, and they no idea what I was talking about. I gave them my name, and ID number, and told them about my parcel and they still had no idea. Each time I phoned, they said that they would call me back in 15 minutes (I have yet to receive a call), they also became very rude and hung up on me.<br> <br> They did not even supply me with a reference number for the many future phone calls.<br> <br> I own a business and I urgently need the cheques for many payments, yet I have been waiting two weeks.<br> <br> CCD is a very badly run company, in my opinion, the staff are severely ***********, rude, and deliver very poor service and as far as their service is concerned its seems to be as non existent as Rocking Horse ****.<br> <br>
