CCD Couriers - Bad Service

I ordered a LTE router from Afrihost which was collected by CCD Couriers on Moday 4th May 2020 and has taken them until Wednesday 06th May 2020 at 11h35 to deliver. I was told by both CCD Couriers and Afrihost that it would be delivery between 08h00 and 10h00 on Wednesday 06th May and it still has not arrived. It has cost me in excess of R 50.00 in calls to follow up and I get no feed back other than CCD Couriers are experiencing technical problems. This should have been delivered on Tuesday 05th May as they had collected it on Monday 4th May I will not recommend this company to any one as they do not get back to you or keep you up dated. I am going to recommend that Afrihost use another courier service in future as this one cannot deliver a good service.

If this company was in the UK and gave service like this they would be heavily fined for it.
