CCD Couriers - Bad service !!!!!!!!!!

<p>Was expecting a parcel from CCD today in Pretoria (03 March 2016). The delivery man (Kgothatso)came to my workplace to deliver the parcel. I went down to collect the parcel and the delivery man was no where to be found. It was not even 3 minutes and he was gone. I phoned the office and the call centre guy who answered the phone told me i can only receive the parcel next week tuesday and there is nothing he could do. I requested to speak to the manager and he said he does not have his details. I am quite sure by the time i called the delivery man was still around and could have come back but unfortunately CCD call centre guy said he did not have his contacts. I want my parcel today and not next week.</p>
