CCD Couriers bad for business

I wish this option had zero stars ... because one star is too much for the pathetic service ccd provides

It is frustrating to deal with this courier company

1) I have struggled for more than a week to take delivery of my cell phone because they need my ID and dont accept a driver's licence. The bank accepted my drivers licence but not ccd couriers.

2) Attempt two i had to swipe my card to authorise debit order the courier arrived with a broken swiper ...could not take delivery of my cell phone.

3) Attempt three tried to resolve the matter with the office in cape town you have to call almost 5 times they dont answer.

I wish service providers would utilise a more reliable professional courier company unfortunately ccd is not that company.

Your unprofessional service is frustrating !!!!!!
