CCD COURIERS

I app**** for a rain SIM ,I got 2 WhatsApp messages saying my order will be delivered by 10-12 am ,when I'm chasing up on delivery ,the pple there are saying that the order hasn't been picked up from jhb yet ,there is no feedback from them ,customers must phone for feedback ,they don't understand the urgency of orders ,and pple working there don't seem to be very apologetic ,and when i asked to speak to pple higher up ,I get put on hold and don't get through to anyone ,they are a bunch of ****s that don't care ,i am absolutely furious of the type of customer service I'm recieving from CCD couriers
