CCD Couriers are worst courier service provider

In my life I have never experienced such horrible service from a courier company. CCD couriers were give two numbers to contact me but they only used one. If your given 2 numbers, logically you would try both. Seemingly their contact staff and drivers don't care about their clients and they are just ticking the boxes, that they have attempted to call the "incorrect" number. I will not recommend them at all. Worst experience. After calling and calling they put me on hold and transferring me and ultimately hung up on me. I resorted to fetching the package my self.
