CCD couriers are useless.

Good day.These people were sent by First National Bank to deliver my card at the beginning of last month (June) they started sending messages a couple of days later to say they were experiencing delays.this went in untill l litterally gave up,on a certain friday they sent another message to say they are apollogising as they are experiencing delays to deliver my card,5 hrs later l get a call saying they are at my office to deliver the card.l raced back,met the young man,rude young man smelling of alcohol.He demanded my ldentity card which l didnt have at the time.I politlety told him that we can go to my HR to get a copy of my id and possibly get anything else that can prove that l was the rite person,he refused to even listen to me,entered his vehicle and drove away! Remember,l was patiently waiting for these people for so long carrying my lD with everyday untill l decided to live it back home.l am very disappointed and hope my good Bank First National bank can see how these people treat their customers.l rate them 1 out of 10. I really wouldn't use them.Ps they still havent delivered the card
