CCD Couriers are the Worst Courier Service Ever.....

This is the worst courier ever... they called on Friday 22nd to let me know they'll deliver my parcel on Monday 25th between 12pm - 4pm. On Monday I checked my parcel to see if it was on route and it was but to my surprise there was no delivery or any call to keep me informed about my parcel then at 4pm I checked again and it was still on route. This morning they called to reschedule the delivery.... What madness is this?? Even now I'm still waiting on my delivery. How can a parcel be on route the previous day and then the following day you still want to reschedule the delivery.... I can't keep waiting for you guys to waste any more of my time and I specifically told the courier I want my parcel ASAP but seems like they have more important people to attend to than me clearly.
